Uses

Coating the electrical products/ IT equipment and the accessories

Range of application

The series paints are generally used for coating natural and colored case materials, such as

 PC, ABS, PC+ABS etc.

 Features

1. PECOt is not only a kind of paint but also the hybrid by Nano ceramic and A/U.

It can be used as the final coating.

2. Special facilities for coating:

2-1) Spindle; 1 stage (10 Guns)/2 stage (20 Guns)

2-2) Reciprogate; 1 stage (8 Guns)/ 2 stage (16 Guns)

3. Drying conditions:

Under 85-90??/span>, keeping drying for 30 minutes

  - It is possible to continue use after you open the boxes during the  conveyor

system

4. Appointed thinner: PT-500

5. Percentage of combination (2K types):

  Main materials: hardener: appointed thinner=3:1:1 (weight ratio)

Authenticity

1.     Good adhesiveness (Cross Cut), acid resistance (PH;4.6) and Crookedness;

2.     Good high temperature and humidity, acid cosmetic and acid alcohol rubbing;

3.     Excellent heat and scald resistance ( soaking in the boiling water for 30 minutes)

and RCA (wear resistance)

RoHS

1.      Lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent  chromium were not detected

2.      Polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) were not detected

Addition Capacity

It has 99.9% antibacterial function and insulation.

Storage

1.     Under the room temperature (5-25??/span>), keep in the cool, ventilated place and avoid the sunshine

2.     Avoid putting on the floor or contacting with the wall directly and keep above 15cm

between each other

3.  Pay attention to set up and operate the explosion-proof lamp and explosion-proof switch 

4.  According to the produced date and color to store the products separately

5. Dry time: 4 Hrs (summer), 6 Hrs (winter)
